SR Performance Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Performance Analyst with a hands-on profile, specialized in paid media campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads) and distribution strategies, to join our Growth team in Gipsyy Portugal. This professional will play a strategic role in campaign analysis, management, and optimization, as well as the discovery of new channels, ensuring that media investments generate maximum return.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in performance marketing, with strong data orientation, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn insights into practical actions. In addition, fluency in English and Spanish is essential, as this role will operate in international markets and collaborate with multinational teams and partners. French is a plus.

Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on performance and ROI/ROAS.
- Structure, analyze, and interpret campaign data, presenting executive reports for decision-making.
- Develop and test hypotheses to maximize conversion and reduce costs.
- Implement A/B tests and experiments on segmentation, creatives, and landing pages.
- Monitor traffic, conversion, ROAS, and attribution metrics.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and growth teams to align growth strategies.
- Stay up to date with market trends and propose innovations in distribution strategies.
- Collaborate directly with international partners and stakeholders in English, Spanish, and French.
- Conduct discovery of new acquisition and media channels for Gipsyy.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (minimum 4–5 years).
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Google Search Console, and BI tools.
- Strong analytical skills with mastery of growth and performance metrics.
- Experience in full-funnel strategies (top, middle, and bottom of funnel).
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and identify optimization opportunities.
- Results-oriented mindset, with focus on sustainable growth and scalability.
- Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.
- Experience with other paid media channels (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic).
- Experience in multi-market environments (Europe).
